Aircel was the first company whose 3g service I had used few years ago and with proper speed and network but after giving so msny good services and packages of internet I still can not understand why they just lost the network and serivces.
These days the network of this operator is on air only.you can not even attend a single call without any problems.At your home sometimes no network sign comes and immedatily if you come out of your home then you show signals.
Its your luck that you got the chance to talk to their coustmor representative else I too did not get a chance and now will not becuase already closed the sim and my number permanantly.
Though at that time its 3g services are very good and with good lowest charges thats why so many people avail their offers at that time.
