I use aircel operator since I have purchased my handset. Till now I have faced many problems. The internet is too slow and I preffer it only for chatting on whatsapp, hike, fb, etc. Somewhat it gives speed at night over 15-20 kbps. The offers are are exciting but not satisfying. Intially the calling rates at good but as it becomes more than 3 months old the call rates rises. One day I recharged my aircel number for rs 60 and spoke only for 1 min, but I was charged rs 9 for 1 min call for without any roaming. And the balance vanished in 3 days. I told customer cate but they did not believe me. So the customer service is also not good. So I suggest dont choose aircel
