I have used Aircel for 6 months here is my experience
The signal on road is OK but if I enter any closed rooms the signal automatically drops.
Calls do not connect easily.
Net 3g is ok but 2g is very slow
I once called customer service number and told them to activate DND on my number.
They told me it takes 7 days to activate DND . I waited but, even after 3 months DND was not activated.
Very poor customer service.
What frustrates me is, they keep on tele marketing twice or thrice a day.
More than 20 promotional messages per day.
I mean who could tolerate this stuff.
Only good thing about them is tarrif plans.
If you are budget friendly than you can choose Aircel or else go for any other network.
I would suggest if you have a 4g device go for jio.
