I've a aircel sim card! I bought the sim because of it's low price offer like Rs19= 19TT, Rs.36= 1 GB 3G, of course there were no jio sim then, I'm talking about 1.5 years of my past memories!
After using for some days I felt the sim is quite good! You've an option of Rs.2= 10 MB 2G, and many more like that. But I went into trouble after that some of days!
Trap 1:
The first thing happened to me was that I recharged the sim with Rs. 2 internet pack, I was using my mobile for the recharge because I had Rs.156 in my sim, but after the day of recharge I saw a message telling me that You've been charged Rs. 2 for the internet pack, and it will continue about 28 days more! Then I search in google to stop the Rs. 2 pack and I found many websites telling me how to do it! But none worked! Actually that were traps by Aircel like one of those I got trapped in! For every sms sending I needed to pay Rs.3 and I've send about 5 sms, on the basis of information from 5 different website! But nothing work, I got no message from them telling me that Rs2 internet pack has been stopped! And I clearly saw the result on next day! The same message again! And that continue upto 1 month! All but balance gone into water!
Trap 2:
After that incident a nother problem get started! I was getting calls from fake numbers and companies! And the main problem is I was getting call upto 10 or 12 times everyday! That's very disturbing! Especially when I's on a important work or something like that! There were no Do Not Disturb mode available! And it continued everyday! Some day I thought to distroy the sim, but I couldn't because of privacy issue!
Trap 3:
Some day after I came to know and understood that that was a trap from aircel because they were giving advarts about hello tune, some money making games some of contests and the funniest part is that they were telling me that I can win a bike, a car, gold, 1 lakh cash and many more! But actually that does not happen and will not also happen in future! Actually by giving you some offers they are incoming much more by giving you the ads and if you somehow click on the number ( besically that happens on keypad phone most) then you will have to give a big balance to them and they will reduct your balance every day, you play the contest or not but that doesn't matter to them! These traps gives them more money which they loses by GIVING YOU SOME SMALL AMOUNT OF OFFERS!
Network:
You go anywhere aircel sim will be with you but not the network! Very poor network quality! I will give you some pictures on the network later on! I've never found that there is more than three bars on the network signal, most of the time it shows no signal or only one bar on the network! If you call someone you'll observe it very easily that how bad is the calling quality on that network! You cannot even hear clearly that who is talking to you: a girl or a boy, and forgot about the clearity of that call! All though you'll have to suffer if you're using this bad sim!
Customer Service:
Worst customer service ever! Firstly you've to spend a half of an hour to connect with them, because there is no option which is telling you that call to our customer care number! You'll have to go through many process to contact with them! But that's not the end! Actually they will never be able to resolve your problem, they will give you time but will not halp you from anywhere and rather at least you will cut the phone becauae of that bad coustomer service!
Charges and Billing:
I told you before that these are the only money making buissness traps from them, by giving you some good quality of offers they will take a lot from you! Don't trust on them!
SO GUYS I WILL RECOMAND YOU NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE, YOU'LL HAVE TO SUFFER WITH THEIR SERVICES LIKE ME! THIS IS A VERY NETWORK SERVICE EVER I'VE SEEN, EVEN IF I COMPARE WITH THE IDEA NETWORK THEN ALSO IT IS THE WORST SERVICE! DON'T GO FOR THIS SERVICE! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY THINK THEMESELVES AND THEIR WORST NETWORK!
