I used aircel for about one year and I had a worst experience with it. During my usage, nobody was able to call me. Because there was hardly any network in my phone. Even if stay in open space, there would not be any network.
And, when there is a network, it would always be in roaming mode.
I called the customer service to report the issue but aided me nothing, but irritated me more. They me to manually scan the network and select.
The plans were also worst then every other operators out there. They provide nothing, but take every thing from. One cannot even of using internet with Aircel, you cannot.
I got frustated and applied for "Port". Now I am very happy that I left aircel.
