Very very honestly, my experience of Air India has always been a happy one. I travel a lot, both within and out of the country, and have flown various other carriers too. And I can say this with all sincerity that ’apna phir apna hota hai’. I have noticed an attitude problem so blatant that it hurts, as far as cabin crew interaction with ’desi’ passengers is concerned in other airlines. I swear this is not an illusion.
Air India has been good to me and my family whenever we’ve flown. I for one have absolutely no regrets having flown our national carrier, and will most certainly continue to patronise it.
