It is a known fact that when food is delivered to air india flights ( in delhi or bombay or anywhere in india) it will go to the minister’s, officers and others home first and the left over gets on board. ON board the staff will eat half of it ( specialy the icecreams), thus they are too tired to move around to help passengers. (we throw out dozens of them everyday) when flight arrives in Newark.. the staff takes a bus to NY city to stay( yes in traffic 1 hour far). mismanaged, delayed, unhuygenic AIR INDIA ( yes if the flight is late they excuse everything including cleaning the rest rooms) and the saddest truth is that the younger generation crew of Air India prefers to fly on other carriers when they go home or go on vacation....I been studying about air lines/their founders/their sincerety to passengers and nation... i think so far Kingfisher won my heart..for now until they start to US & UK i will stay on emirates/delta/kuwait....may be the tailwind’s JET ( scary when you study about them)
