It was supposed to be my first Air India flight..and I am now sure that its going to be my last..I booked air india lax to delhi flight. It was supposed to start on saturday 7pm..We reached airport at 2PM..Till 3:30PM..no news and then we were informed flight is cancelled..the next flight will only start on sunday 10PM(27 hours delay)..Wow what a shitty airlines..not even one sorry...they said they will provide with accomadation in the near by hotel and take us there...They sounded as if they were doing a great service to us by putting us in hotel....I was going only for 2 weeks and they just destroyed my vacation. I had to cancel connecting flight from delhi to Agra..And then the worst..they told us they are not going to take us from airport to hotel and we will have to take the hotel complimentary bus service..we went and stood there..and there was this big line of all other air india passanger..Finally it took us 3 hours to get from airport to hotel..(5 minutes drive)...And unfortunately we could not even take taxi as we did not have the baby car seat with us...And in all this, did we hear even one Sorry ..No..this assholes did a grrt service to us by giving us a free hotel...
Crazy..if this is how India operates..no matter how good the indians are, India will remain 3rd world country..Indian government should do a service to the whole world by closing this shitty airlines called air india..I don’t know if they make money out of this airlines, but I am sure they will loose lot of well wishers and give a bad name to brand INDIA.....So bad I cannot give a minus star..or else I would have given them -100...
