My wife and I flew air India flt A136 from LAX on Oct 17.

          

 

          

When

it started there were two restrooms marked unusable. So people were left with 4 instead of six restrooms.

          

 

          

After the halt in Frankfurt, we were expectubg that these will be fixed. Instead they marked one more restroom as unusable, leaving only three for the same number of passengers which ideally should have been handled by six.

          

 

          

My pregnant wife, needed to visit the restrooms ... and there was a queue of 8-9 people in front of each restroom. She stood in the queue for 20+ minutes.. and had to return to her seat due to turbulence. she tried the same routine thrice unsuccessfully. Then even tried to go to the Business class restroom. But airhostesses blocked her saying she can’t use that.

          

 

          

this was the most grilling experience for us and all passengers.

          

 

          

We have promised never to fly air india again and make this incident public.

          

                    
laid back govt. employees run air-india... with no profito inentive motie. No interest to serve. the organization is epitome of inefficiency
