Cons: Nothing good about it, ground staff stinks very sadistic! On June 14th I was travelling from New York (JFK) to Bangalore on "India’s pride, Air India"!!Ha!Ha!. In New York the flight was delayed by almost 4hrs for unknown reason and again a further delay of almost 2hrs in London. The flight reached Bombay at 7am. instead of 2am. The connecting flight to Bangalore had already taken off and Air India Staff did not know how to handle Bangalore Passengers. We have to clear customs in the International Airport and later were told that Jet Air would take us to Bangalore leaveng at 10-45Am. The staff in Bombay airport were extremely arrogant and did not guide the passengers properly. No phone facilities were given to call the kin in Bangalore and transport to domestic airport was choatic to say the least. We travel on Air India since it is our airlines and they are always late and the staff is ignorant and arrogant. The staff as I saw the otherday enjoy other people’s discomfort and misery. They have a sadistic attitude from top to bottom. Next time I will not fly on Air India and will request other passangers to consider other airlines.
