Air India is a government of India undertaking airlines.So I had to visit Delhi the very next day with my family so I booked 3 tickets from Mumbai to Delhi from flight AI-806 which was scheduled departure at 8.00 am . We checked in and did the security checking and were waiting for the announcement we were not expecting it to be delayed but without prior notice the flight was delayed for 30 mins resulting the passengers were disappointed. further n when we boarded the food quality was not that bad.The flight took off around 8.40 am and we landed at 11.00 am.Customer service is poor because when I queried about the delay they were not coming up with a proper answer.
I think might be business class would be good because economy was not so great .
