Air India is undertaking of the Government and it directly or indirectly reflects the concern of government about there people while it is too cheap in terms of cost it is too cheap in terms of quality.
I have experienced the flight two to three times when I went to Mumbai from Delhi every time I used to face the same problem that is the crew members are very rude many a times they will not even listen to you.
And if they come to you they will behave as if they are doing some great favour to you what I want to tell is that they should be first counseled and told that they are doing their job so they should do it instead of sitting idle in their cabin they should help the passengers because many of them must be traveling for the first time and some might have some kind of problem.
And to deal with that is the work of crew. Also the pilot and Co pilot never come to address the passengers this thing gives a good impression of the flight company it is good they are cheap in terms of money but they should improve their quality and enhance the skills of flight attendants. They are ok with flight timing and other problems as they can tackle them well.
