Air India is pretty good in terms of it's service for their customers. Sometimes, it happens that air India may delay your flight to 4-5 hours which may be because of unclear weather that may cause risks and inconvenience for passengers travelling in air. The staff of Air India are quite decent as well as the meals offered during the journey . The crew members of air India, I found friendly and excellent in their job which they offer help to each and every passengers in case of need. Yeah, the seating space are enough for a person to relax spreading his/her legs and rest during the journey. there is no such case where I found uncomfortable. to be honest, the staff as well as the crew members has punctuality when it comes to their service. they are never too late nor early. they are always in their perfect time. Air india also travells across other countries in terms of inter continents as well.
