My first experience with Air India was quite good. Me & my Mother-in-law were travelling from Kolkata to Bengaluru International Airport last month. Because of bad weather we had waited approx 2.5 hrs for boarding. After entering inside the flight interior is good. Flight attendants were very disciplined. Sets were comfortable .Complementary Meal facility is included with ticket without any extra charges. Meal was good. But drawback is price is very high. but u can prefer this Airlines for your travelling.
