So I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore in Air India flight and this incident that I witnessed was both Funny and Irritating. A kid was sitting 4 seats away from me and was continously crying. This lady who was apparently the airhostess might have had a bad day at work or bad day that she went to the seat and almost shouted at the kid and said "shut up". It is hospitality industry and one needs to maintain their calm no matter what.
These days its all about the survival of the fittest and I have witnessed that many international airlines like Qatar, Emirates and singapore airlines have next level customer services and hospitality. So it is high time that Air India should buck up and pull its socks. I would definitely not prefer travelling by Air India again as the air hostesses are too rude and the whole experience is not very pleasant.
