Air india domestic HARASSMENT. Review on Air India

Hi everyone,

I just booked my flight from Amritsar to delhi with Air India at 6.55 am . Flight got over 6 hours late, coz of that reason I missed my flight from Delhi to pune with indigo missed, there was no help at all from Air India as I wend to terminal 3 and terminal 1 Air India desk to seek help but they simply refused saying it's not their concern and cannot do any thing at all even me begging them that I have no money to pay for another flight as I missed mine coz of their delay, as obvious I wend to INDIGO as well to seek help but they simply said as well that it's not their fault and honestly I don't expect anything from them, I would have cancelled INDIGO as if was informed earlier that Air India will take that long as whole time they were really scheduling the flight 30/40 mins later and even after departure I suppose to have 1 hour difference to catch my other flight but as they took so long to land and provide me my baggage, and it was already 2.30 and my flight with Indigo was 2.45 . Air India was unable to do anything to get me on it and haven't even tried, somehow I borrowed money from my friend and paid for a next flight but as only next early flight available with Air India so I booked it, yeah I said it, I booked it with Air India again u won't believe that flight was 2 hours late again, now I'm home and broke and not enough money for me to survive whole month and tired, mentally and physically tired and drained, stressed and all thanks goes to Air India
