I had very bad experience with Airindia website and their agents as well. I have booked the ticket in their website on 06/10/2016, i have noticed the ticket is very cheaper in the airindia website and chatted with one of their agent and got confirmation that what ever I am seeing the price is discounted price and asked myself to book it.


Price was not matching with the agent quote and what I am seeing in their website, there was a huge difference. I tried booking myself and finally I went through my aishwaryasingh23ment and got confirmation page saying that "Thank you for using Air India.


Have a pleasant journey" and also I have received web and airline reference number. Since I need to visit airindia booking center to book my son ticket, I decided to contact private travel agent to book ticket for my son in my iternary, hence I shared my airline reference number and travel agent informed me my ticket is cancelled.


I have given a'n' no of times to airindia agents and enquired, I got the reply as "sorry for the inconvenience caused, due to aishwaryasingh23ment was not went through your ticket is cancelled." I got frustrated by speaking with them and requested to connect to their supervisors, when they talk with their supervisors by putting me on hold they are talking when I want to connect with them, supervisors are busy it seems and thy asked me to provide the contact details they will get back to you in 1 hr, now it has been more than 12 hrs, still now I didn't received any call from them. I have written an email to eCommerce@airindia.in, and I have received same'just sorry and my aishwaryasingh23ment will get back to me in couple of days".


How they can cancel my ticket without even notifying about the cancellation, what if I would have travelled to airport like that. If we book the ticket and we requested them to cancel the ticket they will deduct most of the amount and return very less amount for us, but when we book the ticket simply hearing "sorry, money will be back into your account" and none of them are trying to compensating me and also not notified me about the ticket cancellation.


I assumed that I have got the ticket and lost other good deals also, and moreover I have lost my time and my health also by talking to their agents with full of frustration. I want to know who is responsible for this scenario, their agents agreed my fault is not their obsoletely, who is going to compensate me? depends on this I have shared my leave plan also with my client, it looks like I have to book some ticket which is very costly fare for the duration I have mentioned now.


I need some one from airindia mAnasultangement to be called to my no 779770 1897 and get back my ticket for the price I have booked. Else I will see how to proceed legally. And also I want other customers should not face like me, please correct your all your website issues. How many customers wanted to use AirIndia, there are many reviews describing about your issues, why cant you abl eto resolve yourself and increase your business?
