My experience with it was very very bad. Once upon it lost us. We were in flight at night because of summer bad weather there so much fog pilots land it in unknown country without of any permission and information and park it in ruway side park with light closed crew members not giving any info about it. You have to know that if a unknown flight land on a airport in any country they have right to blast it. My family members panicking so much about me. Airport attended of this flight provide no info even talking with illiterate manner. Even all india head office of it at delhi not provide any type of info even they also not know about it . But at last we were save.From that day I never use it.
Very bad service. Late takeoffs.
Flight attendants are not effective.
Seat is no so comfortable as compared to other.
It have very bad reputation in the world.
