Worst customer care. Review on Air India

Well air india is known brand for flights and usually I chose indigo as it is in my budget. but I did not get immediate tickets for indigo had to book for air india. first I booked the tickets online and also I got the message that the tickets are booked so I was quite relived. but later next day when I checked my mail box I had already received a mail frm the air india that the tickets which I boked are not confirmed. I iammediatly called customer care but they will keep forwarding your call and hey ll never be good and caring. after many attempts of calling I got a response that the tickets are not booked and the confirmation which I got was from website third party and not air india. this was bad. and also the flight qualities are not all good and specially toilets are not clean and are without toilet papers. and also the food they provide is not at all good.
