The most disheartening flight experience !!!!. Review on Air India

India is known for its loyal people and good natured people but the airlines or one can say the air india is making that image fall from the eyes of the passengers and other people

Me and my father were travelling in the air India flight and that was our first and maiden flight travel in air india, the seats of the plane are very uncomfortable, have very less leg space and the food that one gets even after paying money is worst than the food in the train on which the air india officials are working and it's getting better according to the people who have been travelling in the plane or have traveled in the plane recently

But after an incident I decided not to go in that plane ever.It happened about an year ago and it has been very late to write the review but better late than never

so it goes on like this.we were travelling in the plane and my father ordered a cup of tea, first the air hostess brought a very cold cup of tea and my father returned it saying he want a hot cup. When she brought the hot water in the camper and started to pour it god knows where she was thinking poured the hot water on my father, he shouted out of agony and asked the air hostess where was she looking and should be careful but she was so stubborn and arrogant and told my father it's his fault that he did not keep the cup in position and started to shout on him instead he said to her that his complaint can risk her job and to that she replied I am not scared of being suspended or even rusticated as I am a government servant working in the government airways. this made every passenger in the flight very angry and said to lodge a complaint against the flight correspondent but I and another person persuaded them and told them that  its not useful to do so as nobody will work on it

according to me this is the worst airline I have ever visited and finally the check in counters are very slow moving and the correspondents attending the passengers for the check in are also very arrogant and harsh and do not care for the long

lines, hence private airlines are better than these awful airlines with a very small margin of charges
