Air India has a very good reputation in airlines industry because of commendable services and rates but it was not so good experience when we traveled. We booked a flight from Indore to Chennai flight no- AI-636.We had to visit Chennai on urgent basis that is why we booked this ticket since there were no flights available and the price was also a bit higher that is 7800 rs. The flight duration was 15 hours because it was a connected flight the stoppage was at Mumbai for 12 hours. SO we were at Indore and the flight was on time, we boarded at 16.40 the air hostess were not properly trained it seems and there behavior was not at all professional anyways we reached at 18.30 that is 20 minutes late later we checked in at hotel for 12 hour check in basis since our flight was at 6.15 the next morning and we checked out but when we reached the airport it was announced that the flight is late by 45 minutes and we had to wait at waiting room which was not comfortable. flight took off by 7.00 and reached Chennai by 9.00.
overall it was a bad experience not travelling again and the rates are also high.
