I was travelling from jabalpur to leh via delhi .
I boarded flight from jabalpur and reached delhi and stayed overnight at delhi airport for my early morning flight. I reached the counter 1 hour from departure. The ground crew was too slow to load people and very un-professional. It took lot of rime to process check in of people standing just before me. When it came my turn it was 40 min left for departure and they denied that boarding closed. Supervisor and staff did not co-operate and worst experience ever. I will never travel from this airline
