I had travel in Air India in 2015 from kolkata to port blair.The flight of Air India usually, always delay for 3 hours and the hospitality is very poor.They don't provide quality food.They charge 15000 per seat which is very expensive.Per row of the plane consists of six seats which is very uncomfortable to seat for more than 2hours.In this tour in Air India, they lost my two bags which I gave them as luggage.
They provide my bags after two days which clearly shows, how irresponsible they are.
