I feel this review is:
Very recently I had chance to fly in Air India. I traveled from Delhi to Goa. Following things I noticed about this flight service.
Online booking is tedious job.
Confirmation via sms is not very prompt. I got sms just 2 hours before flight saying my flight got delayed. The distance from my home to Airport was 3 hours so I was on my way. My all time was wasted later on Airport.
Ok ok Check in Counter. It was very crowded. As if people will get their choice of seat if they board first, jut like bus seat:P
They provided us breakfast . It was ok ok
Seat was very uncomfortable.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
