I recently made a trip from mum to goa with this airline.the flight time was 8:55 pm but the flight was delayed by 40 minutes.just imagine traveling from mum to goa hardly take 1 hour and we had to wait for 40 minutes.the check in counter was over crowded they were not able to manage it also.there was no proper que formed, terrific.as if I have to travel in an unreserved bus for which I had run and book my seats.after boarding plane the flight attendants were ok, atleast they were managing this fast.the seating place is very conjusted, not at all comfortable the seats are so small, even volvo buses have better seats.the meal they had given was bread butter, one small bottle juice & imli chocolate, the bread was stinking, eww, very bad.the only reason people choose this flight is mau be due their low cost prices.so overall my experience was not good.
