Hi friends, today I am going to share my personal experience on the ' Air India' flight services. I have traveled only once with this flight services and felt that it was so bad filght ever I saw in my life. The reason, through travel this flight operator is the low fares ticket prices, otherwise nothing good in this flight.
Talking about the check-in counter, it was not opened on time and staff was seating there were not well educated and professional in their work. On the counter they are argue with for 500 gms overwieight luggage. Customer service was pathetic, they never help you on your queries, simply they ignoring you. The flight service is not acceptable and not a well developed.
Also they are not replying on your queries which you areasked on their helpline mail id and even they are not receivingthe calls while calling on their helping number, and by chance if you get chance to talk with them, they put your call on hold always.
Seats also not comfortable to sit like another flight services and it is very conjusted and toilets were also not cleaned ans maintain. Frequency of the flight is quite good but everthing is so costy in the flight, so middle class people can't afford this. So they have to improve on this all services.
So overall its a not a good flight services, so I would not recommend this flight to anyone. I hope my review will helpful for you to choose right decision.
