It is actually sad to say that Air India would be my last resort to fly with. I have been flying with various private airlines.but once I had to go with AirIndia due to heave air traffic.
The staff at check-in counter only disappointed me as they were least bothered that there is a long line of customers waiting for check-in. They were not ready to open extra counters for fastening up the process.
After all this mess the flight got delayed by 1 hour and the reason was operational error. No one was ready to say exactly when the flight will start boarding.
It was the worst in flight experience.not because of staff but the ambiance. It was like sitting in a old second hand car after having the experience in few private airlines.
