This is my wild experience with AIR COSTA.
everytime I get reschedule by them( I travel from AMD to MAS frequently)
Since they operate in late night or early mrning, Customers prefer the service mainly corporates who have scdeduled meeting the next day
Better I wil spend more & get a SPICEJET or INDIGO which are far better even they are costly.
When will somebody sue these guys for screwing our plan. we spend so much time in booking well ahead. & one fine day they reschedule & put according their willing not even informing us over phone.
Ppl with kids, famliy or inaccessible over phone how will they be reached.
AIR COSTA pls learn from expertise. POOR POOR mgmt. u cannot survive in market if this is how u handle customers
