Hello ALL,   I have become the victim of Highland Holiday Homes (Pune). I enrolled in the month of Aug 07, on one Sunday I had received

the call from Highland Holiday Homes and was told that ’you are among the few who have been selected for the free stay voucher. But for getting the voucher I need come to attend the seminar along with spouse.’ When I visited there I found that there were six to seven table counters where each couple were seated & being explained about their various plans for becoming members.
In the same way I was explained & executives were trying to convince (almost for 1 and half hour). After that  I came out of the room to think whether to become a member or not. My spouse was bit convinced & she encouraged me to become the member. I was not sensing good about this company because the ambience where they called for seminar was very substandard I thought it might be temporary place & so... Even the quality of brochures was not very good. Actually I was very reluctant to pay the amount as I did not had any clue about reliability of this company.

But they told that even Bajaj is having a Joint venture with Cisons group (Chennai). I trusted ’Bajaj’ name & then decided to become the member. I also got attracted by the discount if I pay by Credit Card & finally decided to become Gold member (they did not had even credit card Swipe machine so they took the imprint of my credit card on the slip).  They told that I can convert the amount into EMI from bank & they will bear the Interest portion. Now this could be enough for any one to become the victim of their TRAP. I am still paying the EMI and I am yet to go to their office for claiming the Interest portion.  I haven’t still used any kind of service. But from the various review I can imagine what type of service they are providing. I have made a big mistake by believing their words.   Even after becoming the member I kept receiving the calls from them regarding free stay voucher. After this my belief became stronger regarding the reliability.   Friends lets take some action against such organizations. I am ready to make complain in consumer forum. I hope I get the refund.
