Club Mahindra is currently the biggest time share company under the leadership of Mahindra and Mahindra. Initially when it started we considered it to be more professional as it was being flaoted under the banner of Mahindra and Mahindra.

As time passed it was observed that it was worse than any other time share company. the staff is most dis-courteous, the company has hanky-panky deals in bookings. the worst is the properties they own or share with other associates. It is my advise to first confirm if the holiday being provided is at thier own propwerty or it has been in association with others. My experience at Mussorie and Manali was horrifying. the line was dirty, it was not changed as per company rules and even RCI rules.

This is not all. Today we need to harness this company. We need to file a case against them. Thys have made you as memebers and now in the name of Annual Maintenace theya re leaching you left and right. We all need to get togather and file a case of chaeating agaisnt the company. The company is asking for 11,000/- as annaul maintenance for a 2 bed room appartment memebrs. What for? Where has RCI or any other organisation has raised such kind of fee or leavy. Besides theis we loose our share of capital that we have invested, and the interest on the same. The toatl cost if worked out will come to about another 15,000/- per year. So I land up paying around 26,000/- per year to this copmpany for a holiday of 7 days which comes to 3700/- per day. furhter the basic ocncept of time share of full kitchen is being removed from various of the properties. It is beijng converted to hotle type accomodation. This is being done to save sapce and make more rooms and sell them on rental basis.

getting the accomodation when i want at the resort of my choice is impossible. the curt answer is all booked. Basicaly it is booked in the form of Hotel accomodation as we the memebrs have no method of checking what is being offered to us.

So we should discard this comspny and plane for the varoius options being offered by the hotel industry now.
