I have taken the Club Mahindra membership in Dec 2004  and since then it has been a horrible nightmare .
I was promised a lot and delivered nothing .
I was promised free vacations through RCI and till date have not been able to avail any.
Whenever I try to make any reservations I get replies that its not available .
I have given my reservation requests to RCI and Club Mahindra but not able to get any reservations
Besides the sales executives dissappeared  from the scene once we have paid the money till then then the sales representative had been very courteous.
It is since 2005 that I am following up with Club Mahindra and failed to get any proper response and explanation .
I am writing this review as I do not want more people to get cheated by Club Mahindra
There advertisements and promises are false and misleading and just gimmicks to sell their membership.
I have wasted my hard earned money by paying the lumpsum membership of Rs. 144000/- plus the maintainence charges since Dec 2004 about (5000-6000) per year and have not got any holidays of my choice or dates .
Now their member relations informs me that there are limitations in the RCI membership and they have no control over that .
My simple concern is that why was I not informed of all the realities when i took the membership .
I am wasting my money and feel that I am stuck with them for the next 25 years
I have asked them to give my membership money back without any loss to me as they have not beeem able to deliver as promised . But I was told that that cannot be done and taking the membership backwould mean a major loss to me which is not acceptable to me
I do not understand how I am supposed to get my grievance resolved.
I also know of 2-3 other members who are facing problems with them .

We are a working couple and do not find the time to all the time followup with Club Mahindra
But am forced to as my money is at stake
I suppose other members facing similar problems we must get together and take up such matters seriously
I was really dissappointed the way the whole issue has been dealt with by Club Mahindra member relations and sales executives Being such a reputed group the Mahindras I trusted and paid money for the membership
