Recently I had planned to celebrate my anniversary with my wife and 4 years son at Imagica. With the kind of hype imagica have, I was expecting to have a good time. While booking tickets online, it was said tickets only for children above 5 year hence I booked ticket for self and my wife spending almost 4K. On arrival at imagica, I was told that my son will be charged as ticket is compulsory for children above 3 years which is completely different than what was told online website.
Not wanting to spoil my mood, I paid extra Rs.560 to book ticket for my son. After spending almost 6 hrs inside imagica, I could find only 3 rides where my son was allowed due to hight limit as every ride has eligibility criteria in terms of height. Worst part is 3 rides which were allowed to my son is also available in my local area for Rs.50/-
Now my question is if eligibility criteria to play on any ride is height, then why tickets are sold based on age and not on height.
Instead of having a good time, we spent most of our time just running from one corner to other finding for rides where my son will be allowed.
After traveling for 4 hrs, spending almost 5K, still ended up being disappointed with Imagica management.
If you don't have rides for children, at least be honest on your website and dont' spoil your reputation.
