I feel this review is:
I recently visited Imagica and had really a very bad experience. Long queues for each rides and theme shows. I was in really high spirits but all was drained once I reached there. There is no appropriate management by the Imagica team to handle such big crowds. It is unacceptable that the customer pays so much money but in return is disrepected by the staff at the ticket counter. I had an argument with the staff as they were no accepting my payment by card as their machine went down and there was no atm nearby, when I asked they send find it yourself. Once I managed to get in I was in this pool of people just wating for hours to get on rides. A very bad experince in total.
