Visited on 28th May'16 Total Member: 06. We thought it will be memorable in good way
But it turned to be unexpected negative. First we entered via parking lot counter(Time: 10:30 AM) by paying them the parking charges.
We parked the car had some selfies then we proceeded near ticket counter we got our promotional ticket from one counter at(Time: 10:50 AM) & they said paid tickets we need to collect it from other counter. when we reached at other counter there was a long queue(Time: 11:05 AM).
Now we had no choice apart from waiting so we decided to wait after 35 Mins we got the paid tickets also with paid food coupon(Time: 11:40 AM) now they said u have to collect your other food coupon from group counter. So again we went to previous counter where we collected our foc ticket. when we reached there was already a fight going on. When we enquired for our foc food coupon they said you have to collect from other counter then we too started to fight with them as they were very rude in giving answers after 25 mins(Time: 12:05 PM) we got our pending food coupon that too after the confirmation of their seniors.
After all this stuff we got to know that for aqua you have to wait for bus to get there. Freak again there were 200 to 250 crowd waiting for the bus. We were half roasted as temperature was almost 32 degree.
Finally we got into bus by(Time: 12:45 PM). It took hardly 03 mins to reach but when we reached near aqua entry gate we witnessed the huge crowd again where aqua volunteer checking the tickets & check in. Finally we were checked in by(Time: 13:10 PM). Already 2 & a Half hrs was wasted now we thought phata phat we will get into water. But again there were huge crowd for locker also & some staff was informed us that no lockers were available. then we decided to take atleast 1 lockers in which we can put our 5 bags & other stuffs. After all the time we get into water was almost(Time: 13:45 PM) so almost half a day was wasted it was almost lunch time. Directly we went to wave pool where we rested for 45 mins & returned to lunch counter for having the lunch but when we given our coupon at lunch counter there we met Mr. Umesh Thakur who behaved very rude saying this coupon is not valid at all. When we asked wt to do he said I don't know" very rudely manner after a long fight a person from other counter came to us and resolved the issue within a minute. When it can b resolved then y Umesh Thakur was having a wrong conversation. Management should take action against him otherwise it will be a huge problem in future.
This was one corner issue in this huge park there are some other issue with some other client. So management should take care of this.
Improvement with solutions:
We understand that weekend has a huge crowd & Imagica management also knows about it to avoid confusions at ticket counters there should be volunteer to guide the customers.
In weekend like saturday/ sunday more care should be taken by management. As crowd is giant.
All counter should be opened as some counter was closed for unnecessary reason.
There are many clauses to improve I think management will understand the thing and will take the above issue in serious. Expecting a good feedback.
Note: Apart from all aqua park was awesome every ride made us thrill. Wanted to visit next time but if same issue repeats then there are other options like essel world, smash etc.
