Being a big fan of Iyanla Vanzant and her books like In the Meantime, I kind of had to read this one. The author, Iyanla Vanzant is a prominent inspirational speaker and writer. It is a gripping book that discusses the life of people of color.
Vanzant gives a detailed account of the kind of difficulties that people of color have to face and the kind of pressure they are under. There are several motivational quotes and inspiring spiritual practices which can encourage people of different races and beliefs.
This guide of meditations to live a better life is useful for everyone. Her advice have helped me stay strong even through the toughest times. A truly inspiring book and highly recommended for everyone.
