I purchased ACER tablet and ACER Projector because of cost effectiveness and style. What a waste of money!. Both broke down within a year, and the best part was they kept it until the warranty was finished and then tried to charge me for it. and I am not talking just a short time. they have been giving me excuses of why its not ready for 3 Months.
Even over the Phone, the ACER rep told me that it will take longer (more than 6 weeks) if I insisted to have it repaired under warranty, BUT IF I PAID, it could be done in a week. I thought a Warranty was supposed to be ’’A Warranty’’, not some excuse to get more money.

Every time I would call ACER, they told me the people in charge were in a meeting, and they would call me back – they never called back.

Bottom line: ACER Warranty is fake. and ACER service people are just out to make an extra buck at YOUR expense.
