I got my Liquid as a replacement of their F900, another disaster from Acer. This handset has developed the same microfone problem twice in six months! The service set up keeps on changing, and the "expert" at the service center appeared to have seen the handset for the first time. Acer does not even have the courtesy to respond to customer complaints.
The positive qualities of a good looking design, fast processor and excellent OS all at a reasonable price get washed away because of poor quality of manufacturing and a third rate service set up. Lack of customer orientation further degrades the value.
