I have been working for axis bank for the last two and a half years. And I feel like I am in a secure hands. The salary and benefits are good. And you will get all the benefits of working in a private firm and government firm. I not someone to rate the CEO of this bank. Because I haven’t met him yet. That’s it. As all the other leading banks in India, Axis bank also provides a good work environment and job security. That’s a speciality of banking industry. No over time jobs and painful works. The growth of your career solely dependent on yourself. There are good opportunities but you have to catch them and utilize it with your hard work and skill.
