Axis is a private bank. It is a good bank. I have a single account in Sec V, Electronics Complex Branch.
Their service is good. They have enough staff to provide good service. Size of the bank is enough. All time when I go to Bank, staffs done my work like cash deposits, withdrawal, passbook update, inquiry, etc at very fast.
They have many ATM card in different place. So, when I need cash withdrawal, I find ATM counter in many places. I am very helpful service of Axis Bank.
Their internet banking service is very good. It is easy to use & friendly. I can transfer money to anyone, make payment at online easily.
When I make payment in online with a debit card, till now I don't face any problem.
Axis has a good point, if I call in my branch for a cash deposit, their staff came to my house to receive money. This service may be very helpful for sometimes.
Sometimes, I find that some online merchant provides an offer or no extra service charge only for axis bank card. Like a few days ago when I go for pay bill at online of WBSEDCL electric bill, it shows there have no extra transaction charges if I use Axis Bankcard.
Axis bank gives me some extra percentage of interest compared to another bank.
So, I have a good experience with Axis bank. I recommend this bank to all.
