I feel this review is:
I have opened a saving bank account with Axis bank Malad West Mumbai branch on 5th of November 2016 and its almost 1 month completed and my account is not yet activated. I have contacted customer services dept so many times but my query is not been resolved yet and my saving bank account is not yet activated. I have also visited Axis Bank branch once on 23rd of November 2016 and met Mr. Kushal Thakur(Branch Manager) however he also was unable to assist me and also he was very rude in behaviour. My customer id or account number is 867574580. Now I am thinking that I have made a very wrong decision by choosing Axis bank.
