Axis bank is one of the good Bank, I liked its service. I opened saving account save some money for my future. all things were good till they have some server issue With regards to IMPS, NEFT and IMT services. I couldn't transfer money to any other bank using on of the instant money transfer option available with Axis bank.
When contacted the customer service the representative said that they have some Server issue so it will be resolved in couple of days.
Again tried contacting the Customer service people, They said that will fix it in a very short while so again waited for them to fix the issue.
As per My Experience the Axis Internet banking service Bad. And till now the issue is not fixed.
