Axis Bank is average bank not a very good.
They have commen services like other bank. They not offer any special services like citi bank.
I have salary account in this bank. But I never feel some extra special with this bank.
If you want a loan or credit card they are not ready to offer the customer who have salary account in his bank.
They too much irritate for document requirement & follow up. But at the end after fulfilled all document they rejected application without any said reason.
They have application which is good but this application used only for displaying account detail.
If you foreclose your loan they not giving NOC online with net banking or an email. If you want NOC of loan closure you need to go to the branch only.
Hectic rules they think they only work. We are staying at home .
But overall experience is good. Average bank.
