My order for a digital camera, was booked over phone, and charged to my ICICI bank credit card in May 2010. Since they could not deliver it for about two months, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They had given me in an e-mail, that the refund would be in 30 days(from the mail dated August 2010). Till date, no sign of any refund, no communciation.
I have seen a lot of reviews / comments/ complains against this company on web. Is there anything a common consumer can do or are we leaving in enviornment where cheats like this can continue to operate and we have our MOUTH SHUT?
