I had got some gift items list through ava store during my travel from Bhuwaneshwar to Indore on 12th of July 2017. Where I had purchased a set of 3 pendent and ear ring set. On that day printer was not working at Indore airport ava outlet. I have purchased and paid Rs 1199/- to representative.
She was unable to give me receipt at that time and assured me that she will sent a copy of receipt to my mail id. I had also given her with my mail id. but till today I have not get any receipt. I don't know what will I do if there is any discrepancy or defect happens to materials which I have purchased from ava store?
Please suggest.
