I got a "Gift Coupon" on a plane and decided to pickup the products that I "won". I go to the AVA store at the airport and they tell me I have to pay 1000 RS for each product. I agree and buy a Homs hair trimmer and Hottech Blue tooth ear phones. The trimmer looks great and has some amazing features, the only problem is that it does not trim hair! Its like a kids toy. The ear phones just popped out some wires the first time I used it. It just went BOINGG!
Customer service is close to impossible to get hold of, anyway, I found them and they asked me to return the earphones and I did. It took 2 months and hundreds of calls to get back my earphones from them. They sent me a "new" one. The quality is so horrible, I'm afraid I will lose my ear drums to it. This is just some cheap recycled plastic toys.
Please do not fall for this. AVA is a bloody scam.
