I had purchase a Blackberry 8520 on 12th Feb 2012 when I traveled on Jetlite Delhi to Mumbai. When I returned home I found that my that my Blackberry is not take charging. I was shocked because I purchased this in 9500/-. immediately I call to AVA Merchandising Customer care executive. they assured me that they will replace my phone. on very next day AVA merchandising person came to my home with a new blackberry mobile and handed over to me. I was very happy to see the service of AVA Merchandising solutions Pvt ltd. I haven’t seen before such kind of customer service ever.
Now I can proudly say that I am a regular customer of AVA Merchandising.
