No to APC Product.......APC UPS

Since the day i bought this UPS its into problems.
and know it doesnt work at all, i am seeking for replacement since i launched the complaint on Jan - 5, 2008. called them several time but no satisfactory response.
I am cheated but you can save your self......never go for APC products.

I choose these guys after looking at many brands but never expected such a pethetic service from an international brand.
