I purchased sinewave inverter 1000 VA BI1000I model on 14 Apr 07. I was very happy to purchase this UPS which was blessing in summer power cuts in Bangalore. Great.
The guy who delivered told me that keep the carton box safe for atleast one month if any repairs they can replace it. I did not understand at that time.

My misery started a week onwards. The UPS started giving faults. It makes chirp sounds for every two minutes. After some time entire UPS blown off. So I called APC and the dealer, I think they  were expecting my call (looks like) they did not even ask any questions. They replaced the UPS in two days. I thought great support.

Within a month same problem repeats. Now they are not too keen on the customer looks like frequent calls still not addressed. I am still waiting for their call back.

Dont buy this product. Even anyone say good support, this product is of poor quality. So go for other models like Sukam etc. this is my sincere suggestion.
