One fine evening when I was in a exhibition in Pune, I visited the stall of APC and instantly purchased the APC Inverter for Rs 15500. The sales executive promised out of the world performance and customer service. I discounted it and thought APC would be reasonably good product. That was the myth I was carrying and that myth is still haunting me till today...

The so called wonder product from APC worked quite well for few months and then the performance graph fell down like the sensex fall of 500 points. Contacting the customer service is of no use as they will only give a complaint number. Nobody  monitors the complaint at all in the call center.

My unit failed four times in a span of 6 months. I had made several complaints and the complaints are attended only when I contact the country head of services. Still the product fails every now and then.

I consider purchasing the APC inverter the worst decisions of my life. Friends , for Gods sake dont ever think of purchasing an APC inverter
