we have purchased an APC ups on 4/8/2006, till date it is not providing the expected back-up. The service engineer replaced the pcb several times but any one of them are in working condition. Now it is
around 8 months and APC could not clear the problem. we are waiting for the response from the APC regarding the replacement/service... but the service team is not in a position to provide a final word.
I formerly recommended APC UPS for many customers and they are not experiencing any problem. (they dont even need to contact the support team). I dont know why it was happened to me.
I think there is some problem in APCs customer/service support. They are responding to my requests but there is no final output - till now the UPS is in faulty condition.
I have hosted the first complaint on 1/11/2006 with complaint id 101394966 but till date the technical support team from APC could not correct this problem.
